Udvartana
Experience the revitalising power of Udvartana, a traditional Ayurvedic whole-body massage that uses a specialist paste to gently exfoliate the skin and stimulate circulation. This invigorating treatment combines the nourishing warmth of Abhyanga massage with the cleansing and revitalising properties of a traditional body scrub, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and re-energised.
Traditional Ayurvedic Body Scrub and Massage
Your treatment includes three complementary stages
Four-handed Abhyanga massage – A traditional Ayurvedic oil massage performed by two therapists working in synchrony, helping to soothe the body, calm the mind and encourage deep relaxation.
Four-handed Udvartana massage – An invigorating whole-body massage using a specialist paste to exfoliate the skin, stimulate circulation and leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed.
Swedana steam treatment – A traditional Ayurvedic steam treatment that warms the body, encourages the absorption of the nourishing paste and completes your restorative ritual.
Together, these treatments offer a unique balance of relaxation and invigoration, helping you feel lighter, refreshed and deeply cared for.
