Client mobility - if you cannot move unassisted and safely onto and off the massage table, and change position on the massage table unassisted and safely, we regret that we cannot accept your booking. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a session if your mobility prevents you from carrying out these movements independently and safely.

Treatment cannot be received if the following applies:

  • Chemotherapy within the last 6 months.

  • General anaesthetic within the last 6 months.

  • Thrombosis, whether it is postoperative or on anticoagulants. 

  • Shirodhara cannot be given to people who are epileptic as it can trigger an attack.

Note for ladies:

Our therapies cannot be administered during the first day of your menstrual cycle.

Please be advised that because of the full-body nature of the treatments, male therapists will treat men and female therapists will treat women.

After your treatment
We strongly advise you not to drive for at least 1 hour after your treatment. We encourage you to relax and enjoy our beautiful surroundings. A gentle stroll, or just sitting and absorbing the natural beauty of Marcassie are the perfect combination for you to truly reset before you re-enter the activity of life.
